Enhance and optimise your workouts by performing traditional hip thrusts with your feet on the ground, or elevate your feet on the foot plate to isolate your glutes and hamstrings while minimizing quad engagement. It’s designed for greater comfort and ease of setup compared to traditional barbell methods. The linear bearings allow the footplate to glide smoothly, and the relocatable band pegs enable a variety of upper and lower body resistance band exercises.
