The Exigo Plate Loaded Hack Squat is designed to deliver a complete lower body workout, effectively targeting the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings. With its 45-degree angled design, this machine reduces spinal load while maintaining biomechanical precision and proper lifting form.
This fully commercial leg station features an adjustable platform with stainless steel anti-slip footplates, an adjustable stop position for custom squat depth, and integrated band pegs—allowing users to add resistance bands to reduce the load at the start of the movement, ideal for beginners or rehabilitation use.
The machine operates on premium 40mm linear bearings for a smooth and consistent motion, and includes easy lock-and-release safety catchers to support safe lifting under load. Built from 100 x 50 x 3mm Flat Sided Oval steel, it is finished in a durable polyester powder coat and comes with 4 integrated weight plate storage horns as standard.
