The Exigo Plate Loaded ISO-Lateral Flat Chest Press is expertly engineered to replicate the feel of a flat Olympic-style bench press while following a natural movement pattern. It effectively targets the pectorals, promoting strength and muscle development in the chest.

Thanks to ISO-lateral technology, users can train each arm independently or simultaneously, and even load different weights on each side for unilateral training or rehabilitation purposes. The machine features adjustable 38mm rubber ribbed handles with capped anodised aluminium ends for a comfortable, secure grip and long-term durability.

Built from 100 x 50 x 3mm Flat Sided Oval steel, this fully commercial machine is coated with a durable polyester powder finish and includes a lifetime warranty on the main frame. Chrome storage horns with high-impact ends are also available as an optional upgrade.
