The Exigo Plate Loaded ISO-Lateral Front Pivot Shoulder Press is built to effectively isolate the deltoids while promoting safe posture under load. Its unique angled back pad enhances upper body stability during heavy lifts and helps to reduce the risk of spinal hyperextension, making it ideal for safe and effective shoulder training.

Featuring ISO-lateral technology, users can move each arm independently or simultaneously, and load different weights on each side if required. This is perfect for addressing muscular imbalances or focusing on unilateral strength development.

The machine includes 38mm rubber ribbed handles with capped anodised aluminium ends, offering superior grip and durability. An adjustable seat with numeric indicators ensures correct alignment for all users, while optional chrome storage horns provide convenient weight plate storage.

Constructed from 100 x 50 x 3mm Flat Sided Oval (FSO) steel and finished with a hard-wearing polyester powder coat, this fully commercial machine is backed by a lifetime main frame warranty.
