Exigo ISO Lateral Lat Raise

The Exigo Plate Loaded ISO-Lateral Lat Raise is designed to effectively isolate and strengthen the lateral deltoid muscles through a natural movement pattern that replicates free weight training. This machine promotes proper shoulder engagement and helps build width and definition in the upper body.

With ISO-lateral technology, users can train each arm simultaneously or independently, and apply different loads to each side if needed—ideal for correcting imbalances or targeting one side at a time.

The adjustable seat with numeric indicators ensures proper positioning, while 38mm ribbed rubber handles with capped anodised aluminium ends offer comfort and durability. Optional chrome storage horns are also available for convenient weight plate storage.

Constructed with 100 x 50 x 3mm Flat Sided Oval steel and finished in a tough polyester powder coat, this machine is fully commercial and backed by a lifetime main frame warranty.
