The Exigo Plate Loaded ISO-Lateral Row is designed to deliver a powerful upper body workout, effectively targeting the latissimus dorsi, biceps, trapezius, and posterior deltoids through a controlled pulling motion. With ISO-lateral technology, users can train both limbs together or individually, allowing for balanced strength development or focused unilateral training.

Built for commercial use, the machine features an adjustable seat with numeric indicators to ensure correct positioning. 38mm rubber ribbed handles with capped anodised aluminium ends provide lasting comfort and grip, while stainless steel footplates offer a secure base for each rep.

Constructed from 100 x 50 x 3mm Flat Sided Oval steel, this durable machine is finished in a polyester powder coat and backed by a lifetime warranty on the main frame.
