The Exigo Plate Loaded ISO-Lateral Seated Dip is an excellent machine for targeting the triceps, while also engaging the pectorals for a comprehensive upper body push workout. With ISO-lateral technology, users can train each arm independently or simultaneously, and load different weights on each side as needed—ideal for correcting imbalances or focusing on unilateral strength development.

Built with 38mm ribbed rubber handles and anodised aluminium caps, this machine provides comfort and durability even under heavy use. The adjustable seat ensures correct alignment for all users, while optional chrome storage horns can be added for convenient plate storage.
