The Exigo Plate Loaded ISO-Lateral Shoulder Press is designed to effectively target the deltoids and triceps through a controlled linear movement path. Thanks to ISO-lateral technology, users can train both arms simultaneously or individually, and even load different weights on each side if needed – ideal for addressing muscle imbalances or performing unilateral exercises.

This commercial-grade machine features 38mm ribbed rubber handles with capped anodised aluminium ends for enhanced comfort and durability. The adjustable seat includes numeric indicators for precise setup, while optional chrome storage horns offer convenient weight plate organisation.

Constructed from durable 100 x 50 x 3mm Flat Sided Oval steel and finished with a long-lasting polyester powder coating, this machine is built to withstand heavy use and comes with a lifetime warranty on the main frame.
