Exigo ISO Lateral Shrug/Deadlift

The Exigo® Iso-Lateral Shrug/Deadlift is one of the most versatile machines in the plate loaded range, offering a full-body workout. Engineered to target both the upper and lower body, this machine is ideal for performing deadlifts, trap shrugs, squats, and weighted lunges.

It features multiple grip positions, allowing users to face inward or outward depending on the exercise, while independent arm movement enables the training of each limb simultaneously or separately. Users can also load different weights on each side for imbalanced training or rehabilitation.

Built in the UK with a 100x50x3mm Flat Sided Oval steel frame, this unit is fully commercial and comes with a lifetime warranty on the main frame. Optional chrome storage horns are available for additional plate storage.
