Exigo® Olympic Military Press Bench

The Exigo Olympic Military Press Bench is a fully commercial bench designed to support a wide range of shoulder-focused Olympic lifts, including traditional shoulder presses and behind-the-neck military presses. This robust training station features dual-position chrome bar catchers, allowing users to perform both variations safely and effectively.

The adjustable seat with numeric indicators ensures precise and repeatable positioning for different body types and lifting styles, while the integrated spotter platform and footplates improve safety and confidence during overhead lifts.

Built from 100x50x3mm Flat Sided Oval (FSO) steel, the bench offers long-lasting durability and stability under intense use. High-impact feet and hidden floor fixing points ensure a solid foundation for any strength facility, while the polyester powder-coated finish protects against wear.

Optional chrome storage horns with high-impact ends are available for efficient Olympic plate storage.
