The Exigo Plate Loaded Rear Kickback is designed to isolate and develop the glute muscles through a natural and biomechanically effective range of motion. The kickback movement is highly regarded as one of the most efficient exercises for glute activation, while also engaging the hamstrings for additional lower body development.

This machine features an ergonomic stainless steel anti-slip footplate to ensure secure foot positioning, along with a large padded support and 38mm ribbed rubber handles for comfort and stability during training.
