The Exigo® Recumbent Leg Press is expertly designed to deliver a highly effective lower body workout while reducing strain on the knees and spine. Targeting the hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, and glutes, it features a reclined position with an angled back pad that distributes weight evenly and minimises pressure on the lumbar region.
