Exigo Shrug Frame

The Exigo Plate Loaded Shrug Frame offers a modern alternative to traditional Olympic bars or hex bars, designed specifically to develop the trapezius muscles while promoting correct posture. By aligning the load with the centre of the body, this frame reduces strain on the lower back and encourages safe lifting technique.

Fitted with 38mm ribbed rubber handles with capped anodised aluminium ends, the frame provides a comfortable and secure grip. Rubber feet help protect gym flooring during heavy lifts, while chrome plated weight horns allow for quick and easy plate loading.

Manufactured in the UK using 100 x 50 x 3mm Flat Sided Oval (FSO) steel and finished with a durable polyester powder coat, the Shrug Frame is built to last and comes with a lifetime warranty on the main frame, making it ideal for commercial gym environments.
