At JustFit Equipment, we operate on a business-to-business basis. Due to the nature of our commercial-grade equipment, returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.

1. Commercial Orders

• Custom-made, made-to-order, and commercial equipment orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• You cannot cancel a custom order once accepted, as production begins immediately and cannot be changed.

• If a custom order has been confirmed in writing and production has started, cancellation will incur an 80% charge of the total order value.

• Please notify us within 14 days if there is an issue with your order.

• Only faulty or damaged items are eligible for return. We do not accept returns if the item is no longer wanted or liked.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

• Restocking fees may apply for non-custom commercial items.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

• Report any faults or damage within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

• A replacement, repair, or refund will be arranged as appropriate.

• In some cases, the item may need to be returned for inspection before resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted (unless faulty) for:

• Customised or branded equipment

• Flooring cut to size

• Items that have been assembled, installed, or used

• Clearance or ex-display stock

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

• Refunds are issued only after returned goods have been inspected and approved.

5. Delivery Refusals

• If delivery is refused without prior agreement, you may still be liable for shipping charges and return fees.

6. Home Use Disclaimer

All products are intended for commercial use only. If purchased for domestic or home settings, JustFit Equipment is not responsible for any damage, misuse, or failure resulting from non-commercial installation. Consumer rights still apply, but return eligibility may be restricted where use conflicts with the intended purpose of the equipment.
