2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order with us, you must:

Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information

Be authorised to use the chosen payment method

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders if these conditions are not met.

3. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith. Slight variations may occur.

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.

Any lead times mentioned are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

We accept major debit/credit cards using Stripe.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete — please check all details carefully.

5. Delivery

Delivery times depend on availability and location. These are only estimated.

Most large or heavy items are delivered via third-party couriers using a kerbside delivery service.

Unless installation has been booked, it is the customer’s responsibility to bring the item indoors and dispose of any pallets or packaging.

We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Important: Damaged items must be reported to the courier upon arrival.

Faulty items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Commercial Orders

Custom-made, made-to-order, and commercial equipment orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Restocking fees may apply.

Please contact us within 14 days if there is an issue with your order.

Custom-made, made-to-order, and commercial equipment orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You cannot cancel a custom order once it has been accepted, as production begins immediately and cannot be changed.

If a custom order has been confirmed in writing and production has started, cancellation will incur an 80% charge of the total order value.

Only faulty or damaged items are eligible for return. We do not accept returns if the item is simply no longer wanted or liked.

Restocking fees may apply for non-custom commercial items.

Home Use Disclaimer
All products are intended for commercial use only. If purchased for domestic/home settings, JustFit Equipment is not responsible for any damage, misuse, or failure resulting from non-commercial installation. Consumer rights still apply, but return eligibility may be restricted where use conflicts with the intended purpose of the equipment.

7. Warranties

All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary by product and brand.
Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and supporting images if applicable.

8. Liability

JustFit Equipment is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use or installation of equipment.

All equipment must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s safety instructions.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, and images, is the property of JustFit Equipment and may not be used without written permission.

10. Privacy
