2. Business-to-Business Sales Only

All sales are made strictly on a business-to-business basis.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that it is acting in the course of its trade, business, or profession and not as a consumer.

Consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, does not apply to contracts formed under these Terms.

3. Product Information & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur.

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Any lead times stated are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

We accept major debit and credit cards via Stripe.

The Buyer is responsible for checking all order details upon receipt of the order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Delivery times depend on availability and location and are estimates only.

Large or heavy items are delivered via third-party couriers using a kerbside delivery service unless installation has been agreed in writing.

Unless installation services have been purchased, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to:

• Move equipment indoors
• Dispose of all packaging and pallets

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any damage must be noted with the courier at the time of delivery and reported to us as soon as reasonably practicable.

6. Cancellations & Returns (Commercial Orders)

6.1 Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made, made-to-order, and commercial equipment orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once a custom order has been accepted and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

If cancellation is accepted after production has started, an 80% cancellation charge of the total order value will apply.

6.2 Non-Custom Commercial Products

Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged goods.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Items no longer required
• Incorrect ordering by the Buyer

Restocking fees may apply where applicable.

The Buyer must inspect goods within a reasonable time following delivery and notify us of any defects as soon as reasonably practicable.

7. Commercial Use Only

All products are supplied for commercial use only.

Any use outside of a commercial environment, including domestic or home use, is at the Buyer’s own risk and outside the scope of these Terms.

8. Warranty

All Goods are supplied with the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty only, which may vary by product and brand.

JustFit Equipment does not provide any additional or independent warranty.

Any remedy for defective Goods shall be limited to repair or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and any supporting information reasonably required.

9. Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profit
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential loss

The Seller’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods shall be strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the Goods.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of JustFit Equipment and may not be used without prior written permission.
