Warranty claims should include:

We will work with the manufacturer to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items following inspection.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders
- Items no longer required
Restocking charges may apply to eligible non-custom products.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been accepted and manufacturing or production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
If cancellation is agreed in writing after production has started, an 80% cancellation charge of the total order value will apply to cover supplier and manufacturing costs.
What warranty comes with the equipment?
All commercial gym equipment supplied by JustFit Equipment includes the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies between brands and products.
The warranty is provided by the manufacturer and not by JustFit Equipment.
Warranty terms, duration and coverage are determined by each manufacturer.
What happens if a manufacturer ceases trading?
Manufacturer warranties depend on the manufacturer remaining in business.
If a manufacturer ceases trading:
- The manufacturer’s warranty may no longer be available.
- JustFit Equipment is not responsible for honouring or replacing the manufacturer’s warranty.
- JustFit Equipment cannot guarantee the ongoing trading status, financial stability or future support of any manufacturer.
Are spare parts guaranteed to be available?
The availability of spare parts and servicing depends on the manufacturer’s ongoing operations and policies.
JustFit Equipment cannot guarantee the long-term availability of replacement parts beyond what the manufacturer is able to provide.
Can commercial gym equipment be used at home?
Our equipment is intended for commercial environments only.
If equipment is installed or used in a domestic or non-commercial setting:
