Exigo ISO Lateral Body Drive

The Exigo® Iso-Lateral Body Drive, often referred to as a Jammer, is a ground-based plate loaded machine designed to develop explosive power across the entire body. By keeping the user grounded throughout the movement, it mimics athletic pushing and driving motions—making it a favourite in performance training facilities.

Independent arm movement allows users to train each limb simultaneously or separately, with the option to load different weights on each side. The machine features comfortable 38mm rubber ribbed handles with anodised aluminium ends, and optional chrome storage horns for added convenience.

Manufactured in the UK using high-quality 100x50x3mm Flat Sided Oval tubing, this unit is fully commercial and includes a lifetime main frame warranty.
