The Exigo Plate Loaded Lumber Squat is a powerful lower body training station designed to target the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings with a 45-degree angled movement. Built in the UK from 100 x 50 x 3mm Flat Sided Oval steel and finished in a hard-wearing polyester powder coat, the Exigo Lumber Squat is fully commercial and includes six integrated weight plate storage horns as standard.
