This machine features a 9-position adjustable footplate, helping users shift emphasis across different areas of the back. The 360° rotating handles can be adjusted horizontally across 5 positions, offering close or wide grip options to suit any training style or body type. A chest support pad ensures a secure and braced position throughout each rep.

Built in the UK from high-quality materials, the Exigo T-Bar Row is fitted with a ball-joint-mounted handle for a smooth, natural range of motion.
