Ideal for sport-specific conditioning and sprint training, the handles curve inward and forward, drawing the hands closer to reduce shoulder stress and better mimic a true sprinting posture.

These upgraded handles also introduce a secondary horizontal grip, giving athletes additional options for varied push mechanics. The higher attachment point also allows easy integration with a Tow Kit or Battle Rope, adding even more training versatility.
